مستخلص: The article discusses a rare case of a spindle cell myofibroblastic tumor of the bronchus in a 7-year-old male child. The tumor, known as inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor (IMT), is a benign lesion with malignant potential. The child presented with symptoms of fever, cough, and noisy breathing, and imaging tests revealed a growth in the left main bronchus. The tumor was successfully removed through bronchoscopy, and the child showed good clinical condition and normal chest X-rays during follow-up. IMT of the lung is rare, and complete resection is the main treatment option. [Extracted from the article]
