Jurist writers, who are frequently encountered throughout the history of literature, introduced the concept of "Dichterjurist" in the German language and literary tradition. These writers with law education or jurists with literature knowledge have brought and are bringing the two disciplines together in various dimensions. A multi- and interdisciplinary field has emerged between the two disciplines, sometimes on the scale of E. T. A. Hoffmann, sometimes on the scale and philosophy of Franz Kafka, and sometimes on the actuality of Bernhard Schlink, Ferdinand von Schirach and Juli Zeh. Especially when viewed within the framework of contemporary German literature, it is seen that the Dichterjurists of the recent period consciously devoted their law education or formation to their texts. The author, as the creator of the text, is literally present in the text and makes the reader feel that he is a Dichterjurist. This study examines Juli Zeh's presence as a jurist writer/Dichterjurist in her novel Spieltrieb. It questions to what extent and with what approach the author handles a systematic created by law, law (body of laws, system) and justice, in a process that Ada and Alev, as two young students, started with the gaming instinct and ended in a criminal case. Apart from Juli Zeh as the author of the novel, in the fictional layer, the narrator who decided to write the trial outside the court verdict format and convey it to the reader is the judge himself who presides over the trial. Therefore, there is a Dichterjurist not only on the real plane, but also on the fictional plane. Based on this fact, in parallel with the hypothesis that the legal writer has a concrete presence in the text, this study aims to reveal to what extent and with what approach the writer with law formation reflects his knowledge of law systematics into a literary text. Edebiyat tarihi boyunca sıkça karşılaşılan hukukçu yazarlar, Alman dilinde ve edebiyat geleneğinde “Dichterjurist” kavramını doğurmuştur. Hukuk formasyonuna sahip bu edebiyatçılar veya edebiyat formasyonuna sahip bu hukukçular, iki disiplini çeşitli boyutlarda bir araya getirmiş ve getirmektedirler. Kimi zaman E. T. A. Hoffmann ölçüsünde, kimi zaman Franz Kafka boyut ve felsefesinde, kimi zaman da Bernhard Schlink, Ferdinand von Schirach ve Juli Zeh güncelliğinde iki disiplin arasında multi ve interdisipliner bir alan ortaya çıkmıştır. Özellikle çağdaş Alman edebiyatı çerçevesinde bakıldığında, son döneme ait Dichterjuristlerin, sahip oldukları hukuk formasyonunu bilinçli olarak metinlerine hasrettikleri görülmektedir. Metnin yaratıcısı olarak yazar adeta metinde vardır ve Dichterjurist olduğunu okura hissettirmektedir. Bu çalışma, Juli Zeh’in, Oyun Dürtüsü romanında hukukçu yazar/Dichterjurist olarak varlığını irdelemektedir. Ada ve Alev’in iki genç öğrenci olarak, oyun dürtüsüyle başlattıkları ve ceza davası ile sonuçlanan bir süreç içerisinde, kanun, hukuk ve adaletin oluşturduğu bir sistematiği, yazarın ne kapsamda ve hangi yaklaşımla ele aldığını sorgulamaktadır. Romanın yazarı olarak Juli Zeh’in dışında kurmaca katmanda, yargılamayı mahkeme hükmü formatı dışında yazma ve okura aktarma kararı alan anlatıcı, yargılamayı yöneten yargıcın kendisidir. Dolayısıyla, sadece gerçek düzleminde değil, kurmaca düzlemde de bir Dichterjurist söz konusudur. Bu olgudan hareketle, hukukçu yazarın metinde somut varlık gösterdiği hipotezine paralel olarak bu çalışma, hukuk formasyonuna sahip yazarın, hukuk sistematiğine dair bilgisini ne ölçüde ve hangi yaklaşımla edebi bir metne yansıttığını ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır.
