This research examines various forms of deviation from the apparent meaning in Surah Al-Imran, employing a rhetorical analysis. The study delves into the phenomenon of speech deviation from the apparent meaning, analyzing its manifestations, and exploring the rhetorical devices employed, such as diversion, manifestation, ellipsis, expressing the past through future terminology, and vice versa. The research aims to uncover the rhetorical secrets behind these linguistic deviations. At the conclusion of the study, the researcher arrived at several key findings, notably that the examination of this linguistic phenomenon revealed some artistic techniques that justify the transition from implicit to explicit and vice versa. The study also highlights the significance of various forms of speech deviation, such as diversion and expressing the past through future terminology, as important rhetorical methods discussed by scholars of rhetoric and interpretation. These methods play a crucial role in conveying meanings to the reader more clearly. Furthermore, the research establishes the uniqueness of the Quranic text by showcasing a set of stylistic deviations from the apparent meaning in Surah Al-Imran. It solidifies the strong roots of Quranic rhetoric in the field of rhetorical Quranic studies, emphasizing that the Quranic text remains an eternal miracle across ages and times. يقوم هذا البحث بالنظر في بعض صور خروج الكلام عن مقتضى الظاهر في سورة آل عمران دراسة بلاغية، وقد تناول هذا البحث ظاهرة الخروج عن مقتضى الظاهر في الكلام دراسة تحليلية لعدد من أنماطه وأشكاله والوقوف على النكات البلاغية والخصوصيات البلاغية التي جاء عليها أسلوب الخروج عن مقتضى الظاهر، ومن هذه الأشكال الالتفات، والإظهار والإضمار، والتعبير عن الماضي بلفظ المستقبل وعكسه والأسرار البلاغية التي جاءت من أجله ، وتناولت البحاثة دلالات الإنشاء في سورة آل عمران، كما تناولت دلالات أسلوب القصر في سورة آل عمران . وفي نهاية البحث توصلت الباحثة إلى النتائج المهمة هذه الظاهرة البلاغية ومنها الكشف عن الأسرار السياقية والبلاغية التي من أجلها جاء الانتقال من المضمر إلى الظاهر، ومن الظاهر إلى المضمر، وكذلك كل صور الخروج عن مقتضى الظاهر من التفات، ومن التعبير بالماضي عن المستقبل وعكسه وهي من الأساليب السياقية والبلاغية المهمة التي تناولها جلة من علماء البلاغة والتفسير، وما يملكه في إيصال تلك الدلالات بأوضح نمط وشكل إلى القارئ والمتلقي. كما أن هذا البحث جاء إثبات تفرد النص القرآني بمجموعة أساليب من صور خروج الكلام عن مقتضى الظاهر في سورة آل عمران، وترسيخ جذور قوية للبلاغة القرآنية في الدراسات البلاغية القرآنية تعكس أن النص القرآني معجزة خالدة على مر العصور والأزمان.
