| Abstract (English): |
The world today lives in an era of rapid technological progress, where it develops every day without stopping. Technology and artificial intelligence concepts have become an integral part of human daily life, and modern society is witnessing transformations in various environments, including the work environment, where the knowledge society and artificial intelligence are considered the latest of these transformations. The development of society is centered on understanding and adopting the concepts of artificial intelligence, and the progress of artificial intelligence research is one of the most important pillars of this transformation. Development is moving towards artificial intelligence models that simulate human psychological processes, reaching superior levels of artificial intelligence that compete with humans in the ability to understand, learn and make decisions. (Davenport, Etal, 2020) Artificial intelligence has become one of the most researched and developed technologies in recent years, and its forms range from smart robots to self-driving cars, and artificial intelligence systems have rapidly entered real-world applications and continue to develop at a tremendous rate; As AI, robotics, and cognitive tools become more sophisticated, almost every job is being reinvented, creating something new. These developments have led to significant changes in the nature of work and thus in the nature of the demand that the future workforce will create, and work technologies. Therefore, there is an urgent need to know the impact of this boom in AI on project management (Al-Masarwa and Al-Sarhan, 2021). Industrial intelligent systems are one of the modern trends and challenges that affect the future of project management with AI systems. There is widespread debate about whether project management will remain a profession or whether it will merge with broader management practices. While more professions may be replaced by increasingly capable systems, the fundamentals of project management will continue to provide an irreplaceable human mix of leadership, professional integration, and ethical behavior (Al-Arsan and Al-Hayari, 2021). يعيش العالم اليوم في حقبة من التقدم التكنولوجي السريع، حيث يتطور كل يوم دون توقف. أصبحت التكنولوجيا ومفاهيم الذكاء الاصطناعي جزءًا لا يتجزأ من حياة الإنسان اليومية، ويشهد المجتمع الحديث تحولات في مختلف البيئات ومنها بيئة العمل، حيث يُعتبر مجتمع المعرفة والذكاء الاصطناعي من أحدث هذه التحولات. ويتمحور تطور المجتمع نحو فهم وتبني مفاهيم الذكاء الاصطناعي، ويُعد تقدم أبحاث الذكاء الاصطناعي من أهم الركائز الأساسية لهذا التحول. يتجه التطوير نحو نماذج ذكاء اصطناعي تحاكي العمليات النفسية للإنسان، وصولاً إلى مستويات فائقة من الذكاء الاصطناعي الذي ينافس الإنسان في القدرة على الفهم والتعلم واتخاذ القرار . (2020,Davenport, Etal) وأصبح الذكاء الاصطناعي واحدًا من أكثر التقنيات بحثًا وتطورًا في السنوات الأخيرة ومن أشكاله الروبوتات الذكية إلى السيارات ذاتية القيادة، ودخلت أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي بسرعة إلى تطبيقات العالم الحقيقي وتستمر في التطور بمعدل هائل ؛ ومع ازدياد تطور أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي والروبوتات والأدوات المعرفية، تتم إعادة اختراع كل وظيفة تقريبًا، مما يخلق ما هو جديد، وقد أدت هذه التطورات إلى تغييرات كبيرة في طبيعة العمل وبالتالي في طبيعة الطلب الذي ستخلقه القوى العاملة في المستقبل، وتقنيات العمل لذالك هناك حاجة ملحة لمعرفة تأثير هذه الطفرة في الذكاء الاصطناعي على إدارة المشروعات المصاروة والسرحان، 2021) تعتبر الأنظمة الذكية الصناعية أحد الاتجاهات والتحديات الحديثة التي تؤثر على مستقبل إدارة المشاريع بأنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي، وهناك جدل واسع النطاق حول ما إذا كانت إدارة المشاريع ستظل مهنة أم أنها ستندمج مع ممارسات الإدارة الأوسع في حين أنه قد يتم استبدال المزيد من المهن بأنظمة ذات قدرة متزايدة، فإن أساسيات إدارة المشاريع ستستمر في توفير مزيج بشري لا يمكن استبداله من القيادة والتكامل المهني والسلوك الأخلاقي (العرسان والحياري، 2021).
