The article analyzes the report of the Global Commission on International Migration on international migration policy. The report's first principle, is that women, men and children should be able to know their potential, satisfy their needs, practice their human rights, and fulfill their aspirations in their country of origin. It sets out the means in which migrants' rights are protected under general international human rights law. |
