The article offers information on the publication of the reports of the Senate Committee on nuclear arms control. A number of foreign countries have expressed their intention to be informed of the various work of the Committee, which has recorded 700,000 words of its non-secret testimony. Relative to this concern, France has requested, and has obtained, permission to republish all of this open record. On the other hand, Great Britain has asked for several hundred copies of the texts for their use. These countries believe that by being informed concerning this issue will enable them to formulate measures which can counter this problem. |
