مستخلص: This study examined the relationship between individual demographic dissimilarity and workplace inclusion. Results showed race and gender dissimilarity negatively affected inclusion, and these effects were stronger for whites and males. Tenure and education level dissimilarity positively affected inclusion, and these effects were stronger for those with greater tenure and education. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
