The article offers information about the Providence Public Library's Poetry Lives in Providence, Rhode Island. It is a unique learning program offered by the institution to the youth wherein they write poetry and in return it will be published and displayed on the streets of Providence. It revealed that twenty-five middle and high-school-aged library patrons participated in the said activity. According to Eleonor Kaplan, mother of one student, the program helps students in expanding its creative thing and they will uncover new techniques that will be used in normal writing process. |
