Authors report a case of nephroma cystic of kidney in a patients affected by recurrent transitional cell carcinoma of bladder and of right upper urinary tract. This pathology is indicated by WHO as cystic benign neoplasm with connective and epithelial cells. This pathology hasn't a radiological peculiar pattern showing a difficulty to the preoperative differential diagnostic. In some cases it can be associated to other urinary tract neoplasms. The diagnosis can be suspected by intraoperative histopatologic examination but it is often postponed at the definitive histological examination of whole neoplasm. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

Viene presentato un caso di nefroma cistico multiloculare del rene sx in una paziente già affetta da neoplasia uroteliale vescicale e dall'alta via escretrice dx. Il nefroma cistico viene definito dalla WHO come neoplasia benigna cistica composta da elementi epiteliali e stromali. Tale patologia non ha un quadro radiologico specifico mostrando una difficoltà alla diagnosi differenziale preoperatoria. In ran casi Si puô associare ad altre neoplasie del tratto urinario. La valutazione estemporanea intraoperatoria puô avere un valore orientativo, tuttavia la diagnosi di certezza si ha solo al- l'esame istologico definitivo con il campionamento del-l'intera lesione.
