The article presents a case study of a 52 year old man who had a crestal lesions in primary occlusal trauma. Periodontal examination of the patient revealed a supragingival calculus deposits in the mandibular anterior region and subgingival accretions in the maxillary molar areas. The treatment plan of the patient included, instruction in plaque control procedures, selected sites of periodontal surgery and restorative dentistry. |
