The article presents a method for achieving reliable slide duplications without using sophisticated equipment. Materials and equipments, as suggested for the slide duplications include, Kodak Ektachrome Duplicating Film No. 5038, Kodak Color Printing Filters, for color correction, and Kodak Carousel 760-H projector, all from Eastman Kodak Co., and any single lense reflex (SLR) 35 mm camera. The method, as reported, involves 7 steps. First step, as reported, involves the placing of the slide, which is to be duplicated, on a light diffuser such as opal glass. Second step, as reported, involves insertion of the color printing filter packet into the slide projector. In the fifth step, as reported, the lens is adjusted for sharp focus and proper enlargement. |
