The article presents several reports related to food law from several European countries including Denmark and Finland. The common rules and procedures concerning the fortification of foods is introduced by the European Union to Denmark with specific limitations on the use of vitamins and minerals. A ruling which provides insights into the role of food regulation on the evaluation for trademark registration is given by the Supreme Administrative Court of Finland on September 15, 2009. |
