مستخلص: The article presents a study which determines the types of psychosocial support needed by employees with multiple sclerosis (MS) to retain work efficacy. The study was conducted through interviewing 40 employees with MS and the data were analysed using an inductive thematic method. Findings reveal that organisational responses that focused on employee abilities and enhanced psychological safety in the workplace can increase workers' sense of work-efficacy.
