A 18 months old male Rottweiler dog was presented with history of red coloured mass protruding out from medial canthus of right eye since last one month. After clinical examination, the condition was diagnosed as unilateral prolapsed third eyelid gland and surgical correction was performed. There was no complication and dog showed uneventful recovery.
