The importance of corporate social responsibility has been increasing day by day in business world. Along with this development companies become more aware of their social responsibilities,while the consumers have become more educated and conscious. In this process, it is very important for companies to communicate their corporate social responsibility activities with their stakeholders. In this qualitative study, the concept of corporate social responsibility, development processes and communication of corporate social responsibility have been examined in detail and the studies carried out in this field have been included. İş dünyasında kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk kavramının önemi günden güne artmaktadır. Bu gelişmeye paralel olarak firmalar sosyal sorumluluklarının daha fazla farkına varır iken, tüketiciler de daha eğitimli ve bilgili hâle gelmektedir. Bu süreçte, şirketlerin kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk çalışmaları konusunda paydaşları ile iletişim kurmaları büyük önem arz etmektedir. Nitel bir çalışma olarak tasarlanan bu çalışmada, kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk kavramı, gelişim süreci ve iletişimi ile ilgili önceki çalışmaların yanı sıra Kurumsal Sosyal Sorumluluk uygulamalarının rekabete etkisi konuları ilgili literatür kapsamında incelenmiştir.
