Abstract (English): Under the guidance of Compulsory Education Curriculum Standards for Physical Education and Health (2022 Edition), how to cultivate students, key competencies in sports ability, healthy behavior and sports morality through physical education and health (PE&H) curriculum has become an important issue. Research shows that the realistic significance of key competency cultivation in PE&H curriculum lies in helping the implementation o£ the policies of the Party and the state in the field of PE&H curriculum, helping to reflect the unique educational value of PE&H curriculum, helping to provide guidance for the PE&H curriculum reform in the new era, helping to promote the transformation of students * PE&H learning mode. The principles of implementation include leading by ubuilding morality and cultivating talents 5, highlighting the educative effect of PE&H curriculum through key competencies; taking the<4general concept of disciplinesM as the starting point, playing a supporting role in implementing the key competencies in PE&H curriculum; taking the practicality as the principle, emphasizing the creative transformation of the key competencies in PE&H curriculum; and with the guidance of problem solving, it promotes the transformation of the key competencies from "public meaning" to upersonal meaning" in PE&H curriculum. The practical paths of implementation include strengthening the awareness of goals and formulating physical education learning goals that connect with key competencies; focusing on the overall content, designing a unified physical education teaching unit; applying teaching mode and implementing the teaching requirements of "effective teaching, frequent training, regular competitionn"; paying attention to competency-based performance and evaluating the achievement of students * key competencies in physical education learning; and improving teacher literacy and providing a solid guarantee for the implementation of key competencies in PE&H curriculum. Abstract (Chinese): 在《义务教育体育与健康课程标准(2022年版)》精神的引领下,如何通过体育与健康课程培 养学生的运动能力、健康行为和体育話德3个方面的核心素养成为重要议题。研究表明,在体育与健 康课程中落实核心素养培养的现实意义在于:有助于党和国家政策在体育与健康课程领域的落实、有 助于体现体育与健康课程独特的育人价值、有助于为推进新时代体育与健康课程改革提供指导依据、 有助于推动学生体育学习方式的转变。落实的思维原则:以"立德树人"为引领,通过核心素养凸显体 育与健康课程的育人功能;以"学科大概念"为基点,发挥体育与健康课程落实核心素养培养的支架作 用;以实践性为原则,强调核心素养在体育与健康课程中的创造性转化;以解决问题为导向,促进核心 素养在体育与健康课程中由"公共意义"转向"个人意义"。推进的实践路径:强化目标意识,制订与核 心素养对接的体育学习目标;聚焦内容整体,设计指向统整性的体育教学大单元;应用适宜的教学模 式,落实"教会、勤练、常赛"的教学要求;注重素养表现,评价学生在体育学习中的核心素养达成度;提 升教师核心素养,为核心素养在体育与健康课程中泊落实提供坚实保障.
