| Abstract (English): |
In order to accelerate the development of ice and snow sports in China and to promote the construction of ice and snow sports power, this study summarizes the realistic condition of development of ice and snow sports in China through the methods of literature review and logical analysis. On the basis of the references of ice and snow sports development experience of Norway, the United States and Canada, it proposes the action strategies for the construction of China's ice and snow sports power: to broaden the population base of ice and snow sports to promote the deep participation in ice and snow sports; to make up for the weakness of ice and snow sports resources to promote high-quality development of ice and snow sports;to improve the competitive system of ice and snow sports to raise the competitiveness of ice and snow sports; and to strive to develop the economy of ice and snow sports and improve the scale merit of ice and snow industry to inject the power of ice and snow into the construction of sports power. 为加快我国冰雪运动发展, 推进冰雪体育强国建设, 运用文献分析法、逻辑分析法等研究方法剖析我国冰雪 体育强国建设的现实样态。在借鉴挪威、美国、加拿大冰雪运动发展经验的基础上, 提出我国冰雪体育强国建设的 行动方略:扩大冰雪体育人口基数, 推进冰雪运动深度参与;补齐冰雪休育资源短板,推动冰雪休育高质量发展;完 善冰雪体育竞技体系,提高冰雪体育竞争力;大力发展冰雪体育经济, 提升冰雪产业规模效益,为体育强国建设注入 冰雪力量. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
