مستخلص: The article highlights some of the people and practices included in the 2005-2006 survey of Florida's agricultural traditions. Thirty farmers in the state breed alligators. The farming and harvesting of Florida's alligators are regulated by land and wildlife management programs. Orchids also have a big market in the ornamental plant category in the state. Kumquats are produced in the Dade City area, which is the largest producer in the U.S.
