The article presents a study regarding the relation of inhibitor of growth 4 (ING4) to hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) progression. Accordingly, ING4 is tumor inhibitor and cites its effectiveness in haltering tumor development, particularly HCC. The study consists of 136 patients with HCC and underwent immunohistochemistry to assess the expression of the ING4. It is found out that HCC patients with decreased ING4 have poorer survival compared to the patients with high ING4 expression. |
