The article offers information on a study which examines the use of monoclonial antibodies (McAbc) in detecting bovine viral diarrhea virus (BVDV). It notes that the immunization of mice purified with BVDV generated the McAbs against BVDV. It also discusses the combination of McAbs with chichen anti-BVDV egg yolk antibodies for detecting BVDV antigen from clinical feces samples. |
