The author discusses the problems on the results of the Criterion Referenced Curriculum Test mandated by the state of Georgia for African American schools. He points out that the state has disregarded African-American education for 150 years and is currently into mis-education also known as the teaching test. Also investigated is the practice where teachers prod the students, change the answers of students to the tests and use other methods for artificially inflating the scores of African-American students in the tests. |
