مستخلص: This paper examines the factors leading to high employee turnover at a manufacturing firm identified as JS Enterprises (note: this is a fictitious name designed to protect the identity of the real organization). As a means of addressing the issue of high employee turnover, this study will examine the potential benefits of implementing a Leadership Training and Development (LTD). A strong LTD program will help companies retain employees and reduce turnovers to an acceptable level, and that this would be of significant benefit not only to JS Enterprises, but also to other companies who experience an abnormally high rate of employee turnover. Helping managers use appropriate tools and techniques to recruit employees with the "right fit" from the outset and then One questions how to use leadership as a tool to help your company choose employees with the right fit from the outset and retain current employees. I will explain what strategies and training systems should be implemented to improve the current applicant screening process to shorten the selection process and improve the retention rate for new hires.
