The article focuses on a study on construction of eukaryotic expression vector pEGFP (enhanced green fluorescent protein)-C1-Dazl and its expression in 293 and NH-3T3 cells. It states that in the study, primers were designed according to the mRNA sequences in the U.S. National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCB) database for obtaining Dazl coding sequences (CDS). It mentions that the Dazl CDS was amplified by RT-PCR technique by using mouse testis RNA and was cloned into the vector. |
