The article reports on the project of the non-profit organization Wallace Foundation which funds the training for principal supervisors in U.S. local education agencies with the objective of reducing the number of principals under their management. The 24 million U.S. dollars initiative is focused on six districts tasked to establish job descriptions, hiring criteria, and curriculum.
