مستخلص: Replacing La3+with Sr2+in LaCoO3introduces Co4+and doped hole states of empty t2gcharacter at the top of the valence band with negligible variation in egorbital, promoting the surface hydroxide adsorption and interfacial charge transfer. Therefore, the OER performance is enhanced.
