مستخلص: •Synthesis of Ni0.7Mn0.2Cu0.1Fe2-xAlxO4(x = 0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.15, 0.2 and 0.25) nano-ferrite materials is successfully done by employing the sol-gel auto-combustion procedure.•Required characterizations are performed on the synthesized samples via XRD, SEM, ESR, dielectric and VSM.•XRD results portrayed that all the samples belonged to a single phase devoid of impurities whatsoever.•Outcomes from other characterizations revealed the obtained values and standard values are in close proximity.•This investigative research work infers that sol-gel auto-combustion procedure is one amongst many effectual chemical routes for manufacturing wide range of ferrites for various applications.
