الوصف: Maslina (Olea europaea L.) pripada porodici Oleaceae. Najznačajnija je voćna vrsta u mediteranskom dijelu Republike Hrvatske čiji prinos plodova i ulja ima značajan utjecaj na gospodarski razvoj. Pažljivim planiranjem sadnje i uzgoja različitih sorti maslina postiže se veći prinos plodova. Stranooprašivanjem značajno se povećava mogućnost za uspješnu oplodnju i zametanje plodova. Pomnim odabirom sorti koje pokazuju kompatibilnost u reproduktivnim procesima, omogućava se uspješno zametanje plodova i veći prinos. Prijemčivost njuške tučka, rast i razvoj peludnih mješinica te uspjeh zametanja plodova su reproduktivni procesi čijom analizom se omogućuje bolje razumijevanje autoinkompatibilnosti i sortne kompatibilnosti masline. Cilj ovoga rada je analizirati navedene reproduktivne procese nakon kontroliranih oprašivanja korištenjem tehnike fluorescentne mikroskopije.
Olive (Olea europaea L.) belongs to the Oleaceae family. It is the most important fruit species in the Adriatic part of Croatia with the fruit and oil yield that has a significant impact on economic development. Selection of suitable cultivars leads to higher yields because cross-pollination significantly enhances fertilization and fruit set. Pollen adhesion and germination in stigma, pollen tube growth in the style and fertilization are reproductive processes that enable better understanding of self-incompatibility and cross-compatibility mechanisms in olive cultivars. The aim of this work was to analyze the reproductive processes after controlled crossings using technique of fluorescence microscopy.
