En el siguiente Trabajo Fin de Máster traduciremos del español al croata y ofreceremos el análisis traductológico de los documentos “RESOLUCIÓN (1) sobre los Acuerdos de Asociación Económica (AAE): dificultades y perspectivas” del 30 de abril de 2004 y “Resolución sobre el Seguimiento de la estrategia de Lisboa” del 18 de diciembre de 2003 publicados en EUR-Lex, servicio de publicación del Diario Oficial de la Unión Europea. El objetivo del presente trabajo es proporcionar los ejemplos de las traducciones de los documentos oficiales emitidos por la Unión Europea y su terminología específica en el ámbito de la jurisprudencia y economía, junto con el análisis de la traducción en el que se proporcionan las estratégias y las particularidades de la traducción del español al croata que cada traductor tiene que tener presente a la hora de traducir los documentos institucionales de este tipo. Ovaj diplomski rad obuhvaća prijevod i traduktološku analizu dvaju službenih dokumenata Europske unije pod nazivom “RESOLUCIÓN (1) sobre los Acuerdos de Asociación Económica (AAE): dificultades y perspectivas” y “Resolución sobre el Seguimiento de la estrategia de Lisboa” koji su objavljeni u EUR-Lex-u. Prije samog prijevoda, uvodno smo objasnili razloge odabira spomenutog korpusa, a iznesen je i kratki osvrt na učinke globalizacije u današnjem svijetu. Potom smo u idućem poglavlju naveli najvažnije institucije i tijela Europske unije te njihov ustroj, a osvrnuli smo se i na važnost prevođenja u institucijama EU-a te na ulogu samog prevoditelja. U narednom smo poglavlju izložili teorijski okvir rada, razradili važnost prijevoda stručnih tekstova, s posebnim naglaskom na stručni jezik u ekonomiji. Zatim slijede prijevodi dvaju tekstova, njihova traduktološka analiza u kojoj su navedene i oprimjerene najvažnije prijevodne promjene nastale tijekom procesa prevođenja s izvornog u ciljni jezik, lingvistički aspekti prijevoda, kao i razlike između dvaju jezika koje bi prevoditelj trebao uzeti u obzir kako bi prijevod bio uspješan. Također smo izradili glosar ekonomskih i pravnih termina koji se pojavljuju u tekstovima korpusa, a vezani su za institucije EU-a te za stručni jezik u sferi prava i ekonomije. This thesis includes both a translation and an analysis of two official documents of the European Union entitled “RESOLUCIÓN (1) sobre los Acuerdos de Asociación Económica (AAE): dificultades y perspectivas” and “Resolución sobre el Seguimiento de la estrategia de Lisboa” that have been published on the EUR-Lex web page. Preceding the translation, we have explained the reasons for choosing the selected corpus and included a brief overview of the effects of globalization in today's world. In the next chapter, we have listed the most important institutions and bodies of the European Union and their structure, also establishing the importance of translation in EU institutions, as well as examining the role of the translator. The next chapter presents the theoretical framework of the work and elaborates on the importance of translating professional texts, with particular emphasis on the use of the specialist language of economics. This is followed by translations of the two texts and their translation analysis which lists and evaluates the most important changes that occurred during the translation process from the source to the target language. This also establishes the linguistic aspects of the translation and the differences between the two languages. In addition, we have created a glossary of the economic and legal terms that appear in the texts of the corpus that are related to EU institutions and the professional language relevant to law and economics.
