| الوصف: | [ES] El ayuntamiento de Valencia ha redactado un plan estratégico 2030 con el cual se pretende desarrollar la estrategia urbana de la ciudad de Valencia 2030. Dicho plan está formado por una serie de miradas de la ciudad, líneas estratégicas y objetivos, siendo una de las miradas la de ciudad saludable. Este trabajo fin de máster tiene como objetivo principal priorizar las 12 líneas de dicho plan estratégico desde una perspectiva de “ciudad saludable”. Esta priorización se va a llevar a cabo mediante el método ANP combinado con DEMATEL. Este método es una herramienta de análisis multicriterio usada para establecer prioridades entre alternativas y criterios, teniendo en cuenta las influencias percibidas entre los expertos que participen en el proceso. En primer lugar, con la ayuda de expertos en el ámbito de la salud y la lectura de artículos científicos se definirán una serie de criterios que definen lo que entendemos por ciudad saludable. Una vez establecidos los criterios de “saludabilidad” y junto con las diferentes líneas del plan estratégico que en este modelo juegan el papel de las alternativas de decisión, se les pasará un cuestionario final a los expertos, los cuales tendrán que valorar desde su punto de vista la influencia que perciben entre los criterios y las líneas. A continuación, se procesará la información con ayuda de Excel y se priorizarán las líneas estratégicas en función de su nivel de contribución a los criterios que definen a Valencia como Ciudad Saludable. El Ayuntamiento tendrá información sobre qué objetivos debe desarrollar si quiere potenciar esta mirada de la Ciudad. [EN] The City Council of Valencia has drawn up a 2030 strategic plan with which is intended to develop the urban strategy of the city of Valencia 2030. This plan is made up of a series of views of the city, strategic lines and objectives, being one of the views the” healthy city”. The main objective of this master's thesis is to prioritize the 48 objectives of the strategic plan from a perspective of “healthy city”. This prioritization will be carried out using the ANP method combined with DEMATEL. This method is a multi-criteria analysis tool used to establish priorities between alternatives and criteria, taking into account the perceived influences among the experts participating in the process. First, with the help of experts in the field of health and the reading of scientific articles, a series of criteria will be defined that define what we understand by a “healthy city”. Once the “healthiness” criteria have been established and together with the objectives of the strategic plan, which in this model play the role of decision alternatives, a final questionnaire will be passed to the experts, who will have to assess from their point of view in view of the influence they perceive between criteria and objectives. The information will then be processed with the help of Excel and the strategic objectives will be prioritized according to their level of contribution to the criteria that define Valencia as a Healthy City. The City Council will have information on which objectives it must put into practice if they wants to promote this view of the City. |
