| الوصف: | Postojeći kriterij za određivanje optimalnog oblika neke katastarske čestice definiran je Pravilnikom o mjerilima za utvrđivanje osobito vrijednog obradivog zemljišta (P1) i vrijednog obradivog (P2) poljoprivrednog zemljišta, a određuje se izračunom koeficijenta raščlanjenosti koji uzima u obzir opseg i površinu čestice. Detaljnije vrednovanje oblika moguće je ako se u analizu uključe i drugi čimbenici koji na njega utječu. U ovom radu određen je regionalno specifičan indeks oblika poljoprivrednih čestica na način da su definirani dodatni čimbenici koji opisuju oblik poljoprivredne čestice. Kao referentni oblik uzet je oblik pravokutnika, s omjerom stranica 1:2 na temelju čega su određeni indeks kompaktnosti, indeks nazupčanosti oboda te indeks broja međnih točaka. Utvrđeni indeks oblika poljoprivrednih čestica IOBL testiran je na području središnje panonske poljoprivredne podregije Republike Hrvatske, čestice su zatim podijeljene na 4 razreda oblika, te je zaključeno da je ovim indeksom moguće provesti analizu velike količine podataka i razlikovati oblike parcela. Za ovo istraživanje upotrijebljeni su javno dostupni ARKOD-podaci o poljoprivrednim česticama koji su obrađeni u GIS-softveru. The existing criterion for determining the optimal shape of a cadastral parcel is defined by the Ordinance on Criteria for Determining Particularly Valuable Arable Land (P1) and Valuable Arable (P2) Agricultural Land. A more detailed evaluation of the parcel shape is possible if other factors that influence it are included in the analysis. In this paper, a regionally specific index of agricultural parcel shape is determined by defining additional factors that describe the shape of agricultural parcel. The rectangular shape was taken as the reference shape, with a side ratio of 1:2, based on which the compactness index, the perforation index and the number of boundary points index were determined. The determined index of agricultural parcel shapes IOBL was tested in the central Pannonian agricultural subregion of the Republic of Croatia, parcels were then divided into 4 classes of shapes. It is concluded that with this index, a large amount of data can be analyzed, and different parcel shapes can be distinguished. Publicly available ARKOD data on agricultural parcels were used for this research and processed in GIS software. |
