| الوصف: | Kompozicija Bogorodica s kandelabrima, čiji je izgubljeni mramorni prototip datiran oko 1460. godine, pripisana je jednom od glavnih predstavnika kiparstva rane renesanse u Firenci, Antoniju Rossellinu (1427. – 1479.). Danas se reljefi s tim prikazom izrađeni u kamenu, terakoti, štuku, gipsu, cartapesti, drvetu i bronci mogu naći u brojnim svjetskim muzejima i galerijama, susjednoj Italiji i Sloveniji te uzduž naše obale. Tema ovog istraživanja je polikromirani i pozlaćeni štuko reljef Bogorodice s kandelabrima iz Pomorskog i povijesnog muzeja Hrvatskog primorja u Rijeci, čije formalne karakteristike potkrepljuju tvrdnju da se radi o izravnom odljevu reljefa Antonija Rossellina ili njegovih prvih i najboljih replika. Istraživanje obuhvaća i druge reljefe s prikazom Bogorodice s kandelabrima s našeg područja, s posebnim osvrtom na reljefe koji su restaurirani u Hrvatskom restauratorskom zavodu te na izvedene konzervatorsko-restauratorske radove. The composition of the Madonna of the Candelabra, whose lost marble prototype is dated around 1460, is attributed to one of the major protagonists of the Early Florentine Renaissance, Antonio Rossellino (1427–1479). Today, reliefs with this depiction executed in stone, terracotta, stucco, gypsum, cartapesta, wood and bronze can be found in many museums and galleries around the world, in the neighboring Italy and Slovenia, and along the East Adriatic coast. The subject of this research is the polychromed and gilded stucco relief of the Madonna of the Candelabra from the Maritime and History Museum of the Croatian Littoral in Rijeka, whose formal characteristics indicate it to be a direct cast of the relief by Antonio Rossellino or one of its first and finest replicas. The research includes other reliefs depicting the Madonna of the Candelabra from the East Adriatic, focusing especially on the reliefs restored at the Croatian Conservation Institute and the treatments performed. |
