الوصف: In case of a natural disaster, evacuees must escape to a shelter in safely and quickly. However, a disaster makes inactive route to shelters easily at the distressed areas. So, it is hard to escape in safely by route selected based on only the known information before disaster. For the safe route selection for the evacuation on a disaster, evacuees need the realtime information for the available routes information at the disaster distressed areas. This paper proposes exchanging available route information among evacuees by realtime ad-hoc communication. In proposal system, available route information obtained by evacuees facing at their evacuation, is exchanged over DTN (Delay Tolerant Network) when the any two evacuees are passed each other. This paper also clarifies the advantages of exchanging available route information by the computer simulations.
