| الوصف: | We treated three cases of shaft fractures of both bones of the forearm with the TRUE/FLEX intramedullary nailing system. The patients were evaluated by the Grace & Eversmann's rating system. All of these fractures united and all three patients achieved excellent functional results. Rotational stability of the forearm was obtained and early active motion was possible. Damages to the soft tissue and scars from the operation were small. We therefore concluded that this method is effective for treating shaft fractures of the forearm. |
