الوصف: Composite coatings based on inorganic binders have been developed for corrosion protection of aircraft engine parts, for which stability at elevated operation temperatures is required and increased demands are placed on safety and durability of aircraft nodes. There is a problem in producing binders that lies in the necessity to introduce hexavalent chromium compounds, which are compounds of the first hazard class, as inhibitors. To solve this problem, the engineers follow the path of increasing the binder pH and coating isolating layers, as well as applying nontoxic inhibitors, which allows one to coat the composite material on a metal substrate to exclude hydrogen saturation of high-strength steel.
