The article evaluates the effectiveness of classical transcleral laser cyclophotocoagulation in continuous mode and micro-pulse cyclophotocoagulation in the treatment of terminal glaucoma. There were 84 patients under observation. In the transcleral laser cyclophotocoagulation group, 6 months after the operation, the average IOP decreased below the baseline by 31.6%, while the micro-pulse cyclophotocoagulation decreased by 22.9%. In the early postoperative period, there were no complications in any case in the micro-pulse cyclophotocoagulation group, and in 3 patients in the transcleral laser cyclophotocoagulation group.
