هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على دور الاستخبارات التسويقية في اتخاذ القرارات الإستراتيجية، في شرکات التأمين في فلسطين، وتمثل مجتمع البحت الادارة العليا بشرکات التأمين في فلسطين، وبلغ حجم العينة (۱۰۲)، وکانت أهم النتائج أنه توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الاستخبارات التسويقية، واتخاذ القرارات الإستراتيجي، وکانت أهم التوصيات الاهتمام بنظام الاستخبارات التسويقية کونه مصدر أساسي يديم الصلة بالمعلومات المتعلقة بالبيئة التسويقية ليتسنى لتلک الادارات اتخاذ القرارات وبما يحقق الأهداف المرسومة لتلک الشرکات he objective of this research is to identify the marketing research role in making strategic decisions, from the perspective of senior management in insurance companies in Palestine, and the statement of the nature of the relationship between marketing research and strategic decision-making, and the population comprised the senior management of insurance companies in Palestine, and the total sample size (152 ), and the most important results that there is a statistically significant relationship between marketing research and strategic decision-making in the insurance companies operating in Palestine, and the most important recommendations to establish a special department to research and development based on marketing information system.
