A Voltage quintupler rectifier multiplier and coupled inductor integrated with zero voltage switching (ZVS) high gain voltage conversion fly-back converter is proposed for hybrid sustainable energy resources. Here a non-isolated bidirectional proposed fly-back high conversion boost converter is utilized to achieve high step up voltage gain without need of high change in turns ratio and large variation in duty cycle operation. To recycle the leakage energy of the coupled inductor in primary and secondary side leakage inductance and quintupler multiplier capacitors through an auxiliary switch is utilized at the output port and form resonance and provides zero voltage switching for the main switch. Also, voltage stress is alleviated across switches and diodes by which capacitors are charged in parallel and discharged in series principle of operation in quintupler voltage extension circuit. The suggested 400W, 100kHz converter is designed.
