الوصف: The proposed research results are focused on the intellectualization of the decision support system (DSS) and the digitalization of the process of combining energy complex facilities at all levels, starting from individual production. The article presents a method for working with data on failures of energy complexes. The implementation of the network structure in the energy complex system is described. Calculations are based on finding reachability in graphs, laying them on a plane, and assigning weights according to categorization conditions. For the implementation of the calculations, a signal-graph representation of the control system is proposed, which opens the possibility of structuring the selected areas of the studied area and then interpreting them into algorithms at each stage of the calculations. The formulation of the principle of greedy maximization, which is the basis of the described calculations, creates a platform for the DSS to constantly achieve the most accurate results in comparison with the previous ones, both with and without training the system. The graph spectra displayed in the representation of the categorical apparatus will make such training error-free and develop the knowledge base of the DSS at the level of objects of energy complexes of various levels, taking into account the prospects for expanding.
