الوصف: 3Dprinting of building or additive manufacturing is an emerging technology which is getting attention because of the usefulness of buildings with the help of 3D printing building printer's counters such as Singapore Netherlands china and UAE heavily involved with printing of 3D printed buildings. UAE it has a vision of having 3D printed houses ready in 2030. This research aim at identifying successfully implementation of 3D building of projects and studying the success and failure factors of such projects. This is done in order to prioritize the identified the success and failure factors so that the result produced will be beneficial for people who are involved with 3D printed of building projects. This research used only qualitative data and the data are collected through the literature review, interviews. The results produced through this paper will certainly be beneficial to anyone who would like to venture into 3D printing of buildings.
