The results of lab physical, mechanical and chemical studies of the rocks (gabbro, serpentine rocks, dunstone, peri- dotite) from the massif of Bazhenovskoye field of chrysotile asbestos (PJSC Uralasbest ) for their compliance with the GOSTs for production of rock stone for construction. Main requirements to the natural properties of rocks used for production of rick stone are described in the regulatory documents - state standards of the Russian Federation (GOSTs). The conducted studies prove that the rocks under study are mainly compliant with the requirements to rock stone production, except weak and inhomogeneous types.
