الوصف: With the wide application of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), the problem of rotor dynamic balance consistency has attracted wide attention. In this paper, a method for consistency analysis of rotor dynamic balance before installation of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is presented. Based on Solidworks software, centrifugal force simulation is carried out according to the measured size of each part of the rotor and the centroid displacement of the rotor is reproduced by software. On this basis, sensitivity analysis is carried out to obtain the key factors affecting rotor dynamic balance, and a selectivity is proposed. The assembly method is used to improve the matching and sticking process of the magnetic tile, so as to improve the consistency of the rotor dynamic balance. Taking the structure of surface mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor as an example, this paper uses this method to analyze the consistency of rotor dynamic balancing, and puts forward an optimization scheme. Monte Carlo simulation method is used to compare the consistency of rotor dynamic balancing before and after optimization, and to verify the effectiveness of the scheme.
