Agile maneuver technology is an important development direction of satellite platform control technology. In order to realize agile maneuver, the structure of the satellite platform is usually designed to be simpler and more rigid. With the gradual increase of satellite usage scenarios and demands, the complicated satellite structure and imaging tasks require more intelligent control algorithms. In order to use more intelligent, but relatively lacking in accuracy and performance of fuzzy control in satellite platform control technology, a variable universe fuzzy controller based on phase plane method is proposed. It is applied in maneuvering control and its performance is verified by mathematical simulation. The accuracy of steady-state control after maneuvering is higher than that of PD controller. Compared with the general variable universe fuzzy controller, the variable universe parameters designed with reference to this method have better dynamic performance, and the convergence process is smoother.
