الوصف: This paper deals with the designing process of a locomotive generic model, using an Energetic Macroscopic Representation (EMR) approach. In the first instance, the advantages of the EMR simulation will be exposed and the then model conception will be explained. Finally, the results of the model simulation are going to be presented and discussed, as well as the advantages when implanting new technologies in a railway system.
