The Theory of Inventive Problem Solving contains a powerful structured technical innovation methodology and advanced technology system evolution theory, it provides a new perspective for technical innovation. In this paper, we explored triz theory to see how it can help us to solve or improve technology issues. More specifically, the concept innovation design progress of the example about washing machine is proposed under the guiding of triz theory. In addition, we gave an in-depth analysis of triz-based technology system evolution theory, and make technology forecasting about future washing machine. Triz is a method based on formal logic analysis; it has particular advantage in innovation design of electronic product.
