الوصف: In normally for home decoration, bulletin board as well as floor and wall tiles at home and in industry wooden cork sheets are vary suitable. The reason behind this it provides good fire retardant, acoustic, thermal insulator and good shock absorption property. cork sheets is made-up from cork's un-pilled roll using rubber pilling machine, Recently used rubber peeling machine has only VFD motor will used for controlling Role positioning system and Blade Positioning system. VFD motor will work at continuous rotating speed so during peeling process at every rotation of pilling role size of cork role will decreased and pressure between a rotary roller and cork role will varied so at pilling end slice thickness will varied and slice quality will decreased. For overcome this problem redesign a pilling machine and create new ladder logic code for particular machine, peeling machine is controlled by the PLC and PLC and whole machine will monitor and controlled by the HMI.
