A Bill Entitled An Act to establish a Volunteer Force. Whereas it is expedient to establish a Volunteer Force in the Colony of Vancouver Island and its Dependencies. Be it therefore enacted by the Governor of the said Colony, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows
