الوصف: Two fundamentally different non-contact techniques are used to observe electronic paramagnetic resonance (EPR) in a two-dimensional system based on the ZnO/MgZnO heterotransition. Spin resonance is detected in the first geometry for the transmission signal in a broadband coplanar waveguide applied to the surface of a sample. In the second, EPR manifests in a change of the power of a radio wave signal passing through a pair of T-shaped emitter/detector antennas having capacitive coupling with a two-dimensional channel. Results are compared to data measured using standard means of transport EPR detection.
