الوصف: SONG is initiated by Danish to design, build, and utilize a global netw ork of eight 1 -meter class telescopes to be operated as a whole -Earth telescope. China ha s joined the international SONG project in 2009 and will build one 1-m eter telescope as the node of SONG global network in China . Now the telescope is during the perio d of building. This paper will give a n introduction of Chinese SONG telescope, including telescope requirements, telescope design and other information . Keywords: telescope , global network , SONG 1. INTRODUCTION SONG (Stellar Oscillation Network Group) is an international initiative to design, build, and utilize a global network of eight 1 -meter class telescopes to be operated as a whole -Earth telescope initiated by Danish DASC and NBI . SONG's primary goals are to study the internal structure and evolution o f stars using an advanced technique called asteroseismology, and to search for and characterize planets with masses comparable to the Earth in orbit around other stars. China ha s joined the international SONG project officially in 2009 and set up a working group in 2010 September. N anjing Institute of Astronomical Optics & Technology(NIAOT) is in charge of the development of this 1m telescope, including the end instruments and dome . Following are the main parameters of the SONG telescope: - Cassegrain system ; - System ratio: F/36.7; - M1: paraboloid, 1m clear aperture, Zeodur material, active support and close -loop controled through S -H; - M2: hyperboloid, fused silica material, active positioned by 5 -DOF unit; - M3: flat mirror, Zeodur material, 180° turn to direct the light to different Nasmyth platform; - ,PDJHTXDOLW\ HQHUJ\HQFLUFOHGLQ Ž#OXFN\LPDJLQJIRFXV × - Nasmyth focus: VIS camera (450 - 650nm), RED camera (650 - 1000nm), Focus monitoring camera (< 450nm), auxiliary focus; - )29#1DVP\WK 5 Ž × - Coud efocus: spectrograph (480 - 680nm); - )29#R
