الوصف: We demonstrate a fully-packaged digitally programmable 8x8 strictly nonblocking electrooptic silicon photonics switch module. We measured fiber-to-fiber loss between 7.5 and 10.5 dB, crosstalk < -30 dB, and reconfiguration time < 10 ns.
