| الوصف: | Upon planning the JDR Special issue on Fire and Emergency Evacuation in a High-rise Building, an interview was held on August 15, 2011, at Laboratory of Urban Safety Planning in Chiyodaku, Tokyo. Prof. Yoshiteru Murosaki of Kwansei Gakuin University, who was involved in the recovery project of the Great Hanshin earthquake and has served as the chairman of the National Research Institute of Fire and Disaster, interviewed Dr. Suminao Murakami (JDR Editorin-chief), Honorary Director of Laboratory of Urban Safety Planning, has been involved in many disaster prevention plans as well as having experienced many disaster sites in Japan, on the theme of fire protection measures for high-rise buildings. |
